- Oversee all laboratory activities and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Organize work schedules and prioritize testing tasks to meet critical deadlines.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance or laboratory testing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict production timelines.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and MS Office applications.
