Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain IATF 16949 Quality Management System standards
- Conduct product inspections and quality audits across manufacturing processes
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and inspection procedures
- Train personnel on quality standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and customer requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management or related field
- IATF 16949 certification or equivalent quality management training
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing quality control
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with automotive component testing standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulations
