We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team at a global provider of advanced precision engineering and manufacturing solutions. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, reliability, and performance across our production lines.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance process, from developing comprehensive test strategies to executing complex test plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to identify potential risks, document defects, and drive the implementation of robust quality control measures. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for precision engineering products.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate product functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose quality issues and implement long-term preventative solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software stability and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycles, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python or Java preferred for automation).
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
