In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough quality inspections at various stages of production, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistency and excellence in our coffee products. You'll work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our quality management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for coffee production processes
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulations
- Train and guide staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Continuously review and enhance quality management systems for efficiency and effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food or beverage industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP) is a plus
