Join our dynamic team as QA/QC Manager and take the helm of food safety excellence at a leading Malaysian poultry facility. This pivotal role demands end-to-end oversight of quality control systems, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will spearhead the implementation and maintenance of critical regulatory frameworks including JAKIM Halal certification, DVS standards, and HACCP protocols. As a guardian of consumer trust, you'll lead cross-functional quality initiatives, conduct rigorous audits, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Your expertise will directly impact product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end QA/QC operations for poultry processing lines
- Ensure full compliance with JAKIM Halal, DVS, and HACCP standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and SOPs
- Lead internal audits and regulatory compliance inspections
- Manage and mentor QA/QC team members
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams
- Monitor industry trends and update quality systems accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
- Expertise in JAKIM Halal certification processes
- HACCP certification and DVS regulatory knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in quality management software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
