- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using standardized tracking tools and methodologies
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product reliability
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for quality improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and implement preventive measures
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts for efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry quality standards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives within QA workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance testing
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (manual, automated, regression)
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) is advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development environments
