Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet established standards
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols throughout the production process
- Ensure strict compliance with halal certification requirements and procedures
- Document quality control activities and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes
- Identify and report quality issues, recommending corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality control
- Assist in internal and external audits related to quality and halal compliance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in food technology, quality assurance, or related field
- Certification in halal auditing or quality control is highly desirable
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and halal certification requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in documentation and record-keeping practices
- Basic computer literacy with experience in quality management software is beneficial
