In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance lifecycle, from incoming raw materials to final production and shipping. Your expertise will be essential in identifying defects early, ensuring compliance with inspection plans, and significantly reducing customer complaints related to product quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to established inspection plans.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports to track defect trends and production performance.
- Identify, document, and classify quality defects using appropriate measurement tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with production personnel to investigate root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated, maintained, and used correctly to guarantee accurate measurements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and ensure traceability of materials throughout the production process.
- Advise management on quality improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or molding industry.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and reading technical blueprints.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
