EastWest Banking Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality assurance activities, monitor corrective measures, and drive continuous process improvement within our operations. You will play a crucial role in mitigating risks and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. We are looking for a professional to lead our compliance efforts and support the bank's strategic goals.
Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive audits, analyzing operational data to identify trends, and developing robust corrective action plans. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports on audit findings and ensuring that all staff are trained on the latest regulatory requirements and quality standards.

- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on banking operations to ensure compliance with BSP regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and enforce corrective action plans to address identified quality gaps and operational risks.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings, risk assessments, and quality metrics for management review.
- Train staff on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to enhance overall service delivery.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all quality assurance activities and regulatory updates.
- Stay updated on changes in banking laws and industry standards to ensure the bank remains compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or Banking Operations.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal control procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and implement solutions.
- Proficient in using QA tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
