Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products against quality specifications
- Document quality control results using standardized reporting systems and maintain accurate records
- Identify and report product non-conformances to production supervisors for corrective action
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in supplier quality audits and material verification processes
- Train junior staff on quality control procedures and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
- Proficiency in quality measurement tools and inspection techniques
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications
- Good communication skills for reporting quality issues
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
