Join our prestigious multinational corporation (MNC) in the semiconductor industry as a Quality Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Failure Analysis. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $4,000 to $6,000 per month and requires a 5-day work week. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for semiconductor equipment, working with cutting-edge technologies including AWS and VB. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing robust quality control processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence in the semiconductor industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for semiconductor equipment
- Conduct thorough failure analysis on products and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation
- Train team members on quality standards and procedures
- Work with AWS and VB tools for quality data analysis and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Experience with failure analysis techniques and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in AWS and VB for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
