Your expertise will contribute to reducing defects, enhancing product reliability, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001. You will also conduct regular audits, analyze quality data, and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance Management Systems and policies
- Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Train and mentor staff on quality management principles and procedures
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management systems in a manufacturing environment
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with quality management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
