Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the setup, calibration, and optimization of quality laboratory operations for a new specialty chemicals manufacturing facility
- Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts and technicians, ensuring skill development and operational excellence
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with ISO, GMP, and industry standards
- Oversee analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced instrumentation
- Investigate quality deviations, root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements for specialty chemicals
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality processes across operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within specialty chemicals or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proven experience in laboratory setup, validation, and management of analytical operations
- Strong expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, wet chemistry) and quality management systems
- Experience leading teams and implementing continuous improvement methodologies
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements for chemical manufacturing (OSHA, REACH, FDA)
- Proficiency in LIMS systems and data analysis tools for quality metrics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
