Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and warmly welcome all members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front-desk operations including membership check-ins, registration, and sign-ups.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and handle cash register duties.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and direct messages on social media platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding gym facilities, class schedules, and membership pricing plans.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and updating member records as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or the fitness industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia) are essential.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, POS software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations is a plus.
