Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle incoming mail, courier services, and coordinate office deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and tidy.
- Provide general information and support to employees and guests regarding company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
