Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies for the assigned IVD product portfolio
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and materials
- Manage product lifecycle from launch through maturity, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinical laboratories and healthcare institutions
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Mentor and develop marketing team members to enhance overall team performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios in the clinical laboratory sector
- Strong understanding of healthcare markets, particularly clinical laboratory operations
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills with measurable results
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required
