In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, helping them secure the financing they need to grow their businesses.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a basic salary ranging from $4,500 to $5,000 per month, combined with attractive performance-based commissions. Enjoy a stable work-life balance with a standard 5-day workweek, working Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new SME clients and expand the existing customer base.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis and review financial statements to assess loan eligibility and risk.
- Present tailored loan proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and approval workflows.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in relationship management, SME lending, or financial sales.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and loan structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
