Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to entrepreneur clients including scheduling, email management, and document preparation
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval
- Coordinate client communications and serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and business documents
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and tracking project milestones/deadlines
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support or virtual assistance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
