Join Steeltech Industries as a Rigger & Signalman and play a critical role in our operations! This hands-on position requires expertise in rigging operations and signaling to ensure safe and efficient movement of heavy machinery and materials. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to execute lifting plans, conduct equipment inspections, and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to perform basic metal fabrication and maintain a clean workspace. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute safe rigging operations for machinery installation and maintenance
- Operate signaling equipment to guide crane operators during lifts
- Perform basic metal fabrication and welding tasks as required
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to housekeeping standards
- Adhere strictly to OHS regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist in training junior rigging staff on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Certification in rigging and signaling operations (e.g., Work-At-Height, Lifting Appliances)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial rigging environments
- Proficiency in basic metalwork techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of load calculations and weight distribution
- Excellent communication skills for clear signaling and team coordination
- Physical ability to work in challenging industrial conditions
- Valid Work-At-Height certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of structural steel fabrication
