- Manage and coordinate sales team schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Process and track sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses or escalations
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales administration or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
