Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to regional sales managers and field representatives.
  • Prepare, compile, and analyze sales reports, including daily call reports and performance metrics.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for the sales team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the company CRM and database systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and training materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales conferences and regional business meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in Subic, Zambales.
