Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and reporting systems
- Coordinate sales pipeline activities, including lead tracking and opportunity management
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and monthly performance reports
- Act as primary liaison between sales team and internal departments (finance, operations)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales personnel
- Process orders, quotations, and customer inquiries with precision
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment
- Assist in sales forecasting and budget preparation activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
