Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a temporary opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant childcare environment? Kidz Meadow Childcare & Development Centre is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 3-month contract running from June 2026 to November 2026. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, bridging the gap between our centre operations and our sales initiatives.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, supporting the enrollment process, and ensuring administrative efficiency. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, approachable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service to parents. You will play a key role in ensuring our centre continues to grow and provide a nurturing environment for children.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist prospective parents with the enrollment process, including document collection, verification, and registration.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and sales leads to ensure follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and brochures to support centre promotions and open house events.
  • Support the Centre Director with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for new enrollments and handle parent queries regarding enrolment policies.
  • Handle correspondence and ensure clear, friendly communication with all stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level education; a Diploma in Business or Administration is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude towards parents and children.
