In this critical role, you will serve as the reliable point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every inquiry is met with professionalism and every order is delivered efficiently and on time.
As the coordinator, you will work closely with the sales team to process orders accurately and collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, resolve shipping issues quickly, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, from initial client inquiry to final delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to confirm order details, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with logistics partners to track shipments, resolve delivery delays, and ensure timely arrival.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, deliveries, and client communications.
- Process purchase orders and invoices with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability for incoming orders.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to shipping and logistics issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics support, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes, shipping regulations, and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
- Willingness to perform occasional field work or travel as needed.
