- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for project logistics (heavy cargo) or contract logistics services
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients in assigned region
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
- Maintain CRM systems and pipeline tracking for accurate sales reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales with 2+ years in management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in project or contract logistics
- Strong network within Singapore's logistics industry and key client relationships
- Expert knowledge of cargo handling regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain solutions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
