Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate service appointments and efficiently manage the workshop schedule.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents with high accuracy.
- Assist the sales team in preparing contracts, quotations, and sales reports.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels for parts and accessories to ensure availability.
- Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive sales or service processes is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
