- Perform comprehensive data profiling and cleansing to ensure data accuracy.
- Execute precise source-to-target data mapping for Salesforce integrations.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and resolve data gaps.
- Monitor data quality and integrity metrics continuously.
- Automate manual data processes to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Mandatory experience as a Data Analyst specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
