Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Datorama to visualize marketing performance data
- Integrate data from multiple sources including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, and other marketing platforms
- Analyze complex marketing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all dashboards and reports
- Create and maintain documentation for data models, dashboards, and integration processes
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Datorama and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Datorama and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating interactive dashboards
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom dashboard development
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
