Join Leighton Asia as a Senior SAP Basis Team Analyst and become the guardian of our critical on-premise systems. You'll drive system stability through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement seamless upgrades and migrations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain SAP Basis components including NetWeaver, ABAP, and Java stacks
- Implement system monitoring, performance optimization, and security hardening
- Coordinate SAP system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure changes
- Develop backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Level 3 support and resolve complex technical issues
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams on system integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience
- Expertise in SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and Oracle/SQL Server
- Strong skills in system performance tuning and security
- Experience with SAP system upgrades and migrations
- Knowledge of backup/recovery and high-availability solutions
- Certification (SAP Certified Technology Associate preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
