- Configure and customize SAP PP module to align with manufacturing processes and business objectives
- Analyze and optimize production planning workflows, capacity planning, and material requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Lead SAP PP implementation projects, including testing, validation, and user training
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions for production planning challenges
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP and other SAP modules (SD, MM, QM)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations
- Stay updated with SAP PP innovations and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of SAP PP implementation/support experience in manufacturing environments
- Expert knowledge of SAP PP configuration (Production Orders, MRP, Capacity Planning)
- Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and industry best practices
- Experience with SAP integration (SD, MM, FI/CO) and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in SAP testing tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements
- SAP PP certification preferred
