Join CGI as an SAP SD Functional Consultant and become a key player in optimizing our clients' Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. In this pivotal role, you'll design, implement, and maintain SAP Sales and Distribution solutions to drive operational excellence and financial accuracy. Your expertise will directly impact business efficiency by configuring complex pricing models, automating billing cycles, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP MM and FI modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end process improvements, troubleshoot system issues, and provide expert guidance during SAP implementations and upgrades. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules for Order-to-Cash processes including sales orders, pricing, shipping, and billing
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects with focus on SD module design and testing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and system configurations
- Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, optimization, and user training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate into SAP solutions
- Ensure compliance with regional tax regulations and integration with finance systems
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SD module implementation experience with 2+ years in consulting
- Expert knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP SD configuration (VA01, VF01, etc.)
- Certification in SAP SD (preferably S/4HANA) or equivalent implementation experience
- Strong understanding of integration points between SD, MM, FI, and CO modules
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Agile) and change management
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
