Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 HANA modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory)
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP B1 HANA system configurations
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Assist in SAP B1 HANA system upgrades, migrations, and patch implementations
- Train users on SAP functionalities and provide ongoing technical guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP B1 HANA implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 HANA architecture, modules, and integration points
- Proficiency in SQL, database administration, and system troubleshooting
- Experience with SAP Business One add-ons and third-party integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- SAP Business One certification (preferred) or equivalent SAP training
