Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring optimal performance and training
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses
- Oversee physical security systems including CCTV, access control, and perimeter protection
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management procedures
- Ensure compliance with local security regulations and international standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in developing security frameworks and crisis management protocols
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, risk assessment methodologies, and legal compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to security incidents as needed
