We are looking for a dedicated Security Operation Expert to join the Information Systems Department at ByteDance. As a global technology company, we rely on secure, scalable internal systems to support our diverse operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of securing our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our internal platforms for HR, finance, and logistics are resilient against evolving cyber threats.
Your primary focus will be on the planning, construction, and continuous improvement of our information systems security architecture. You will work closely with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust security protocols for the company's internal information systems.
- Monitor system operations 24/7 to detect, analyze, and respond to potential security threats and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect secure internal platforms for HR, finance, and operations.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and execute incident response plans to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.
- Automate security workflows and tools to enhance operational efficiency and threat detection capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in Security Operations or Information Systems security roles.
- Deep understanding of network security principles, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
- Strong knowledge of internal system architecture, cloud environments, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or local data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues under pressure.
- Fluent in English; ability to work effectively in a global tech environment.
