Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to deliver features on time.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Drive product strategy from conception to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Analyze key metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage expectations effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product features.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
