Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of automation scripts and bots.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and user guides.
- Train end-users on new automation tools and processes to ensure successful adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically within a BPO or Technology environment.
- Proven experience implementing or managing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts and process mapping methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
