Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and adjudicate complex non-motor insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely settlements
- Develop and implement claims management protocols aligned with industry best practices
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients, brokers, and legal teams to resolve claim discrepancies
- Conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments for high-value claims
- Generate comprehensive reports on claim trends, performance metrics, and process improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on complex claim scenarios
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance claims processing systems and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in non-motor claims analysis or underwriting
- Proven expertise in claims management systems and data analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIP, CPCU) are highly desirable
