Join ByteDance's Internal Audit team as a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Model Risk & Data Analytics. - Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to assess and validate data models used across the organization
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments of data analytics processes, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Design and execute comprehensive audit plans focused on model risk, data quality, and analytics governance
- Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay current with industry best practices in model risk management and data analytics, implementing innovative solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, risk analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in model risk management or internal audit
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling
- Expert knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools
- Experience with audit methodologies, risk assessment frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
