BDO is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Deal Advisory team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal position, you will be integral to our client service delivery, focusing on complex financial transactions. You will support the valuation of businesses, assist with Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and participate in various corporate restructuring and merger and acquisition (M&A) activities. Your work will involve detailed financial analysis, preparing compelling pitch decks, and communicating complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for various clients and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of IPO prospectuses, pitch books, and due diligence reports.
- Perform detailed market research and industry analysis to support deal strategy and valuation assumptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within tight deadlines.
- Review financial statements and identify key risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage junior team members and provide guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance, Audit, or Investment Banking.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VBA preferred), and valuation techniques (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis).
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and deal management software.
