- Lead and manage digital transformation projects focused on enhancing student life initiatives and campus operations.
- Identify, analyze, and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design user-centric digital solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of digital tools.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or IT project management.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation tools and process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) and data analytics tools.
