- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Japanese corporate clients in Singapore
- Drive direct sales initiatives for commercial insurance products and solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the Japanese corporate sector
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in sales/business development with Japanese corporate clients
- Fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and written)
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate insurance landscape
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Professional certifications in insurance or related field (e.g., CII, LOMA) advantageous
