Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for direct and Japanese corporate insurance segments
- Manage key corporate accounts and nurture long-term client relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement insurance solutions and service enhancements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee product development and pricing strategies for corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with Japanese headquarters to align regional strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience in insurance or financial services with 3+ years in senior management
- Fluent in Japanese (business level) and English with strong communication skills
- Proven track record in corporate sales and relationship management
- Deep understanding of Singapore's insurance regulatory landscape
- Strategic planning and business development expertise
- Leadership experience with cross-cultural teams
- Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) or equivalent designation
