- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Japanese corporate clients across Singapore
- Drive direct sales of comprehensive insurance solutions including property, casualty, and specialty lines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in the Japanese corporate sector
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals aligned with client risk profiles
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Represent MSIG at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record with Japanese corporate clients and cultural fluency
- Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze complex risk profiles and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
