- Source and procure high-quality food products from reliable suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers and vendors
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality requirements
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely deliveries
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on product selection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food purchasing or procurement
- Strong network of connections in the food industry
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
