Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in implementing digital transformation solutions in industrial/engineering sectors
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2 certified desirable)
- Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
