Join Synapxe's Cyber Security Office as a Senior Lead Engineer specializing in Zero Trust Architecture implementation. This pivotal role will lead our transformation from traditional network security models to a modern Zero Trust approach, ensuring our organization remains resilient against evolving cyber threats. You will coordinate end-to-end ZTNA implementation and migration from legacy LAN/VPN access systems, working collaboratively with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to establish robust security frameworks.

- Lead end-to-end Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation across the organization
- Coordinate migration from traditional LAN/VPN access to modern Zero Trust architecture
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
- Develop comprehensive Zero Trust security policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis for ZTNA solutions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members on Zero Trust principles
- Stay current with emerging Zero Trust technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in Zero Trust Architecture
- Strong expertise in network security, identity management, and access control systems
- Proven experience with ZTNA implementation tools and technologies
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Zero Trust Architecture certification
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
