- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure team performance, customer satisfaction, and ROI of collaboration initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or collaboration solutions with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of driving adoption of enterprise voice, unified communications, or collaboration technologies
- Strong strategic acumen with ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans in ICT sector
- Expertise in stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and building C-level relationships
- Experience managing remote teams and fostering collaborative work environments across global markets
