Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in financial services with 5+ years in client-facing CIB roles
- Proven track record in developing market penetration strategies for institutional clients
- Expertise in digital banking solutions and financial technology ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing regional markets with focus on Singapore and Southeast Asia
