Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations, backups, and recovery for Oracle databases
- Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies
- Ensure security compliance through access controls and encryption protocols
- Coordinate cross-platform database management across Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Support application deployments by providing database expertise and troubleshooting
- Document configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database schemas and queries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Oracle DBA experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, administration, and performance tuning
- Experience with multi-database environments (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with backup/recovery strategies and high-availability solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
