Join M&J Supply Chain Services as a Senior PMC Engineer and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing processes. This pivotal role requires you to develop and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet customer demand. You'll coordinate between procurement and production teams to synchronize material flow, implement robust inventory control strategies, and maintain optimal stock levels. Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve production bottlenecks, analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure seamless ERP system integration. This position offers the chance to shape our supply chain operations while mentoring junior staff and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align with demand forecasts
- Coordinate procurement and production activities to ensure material availability and workflow efficiency
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Lead cross-functional meetings to address production bottlenecks and coordinate solutions
- Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics and implement productivity improvements
- Maintain and update ERP system data for accurate production tracking and reporting
- Monitor production KPIs and recommend process optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production planning and control within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and production planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in OEE analysis and KPI monitoring
- Expert knowledge of inventory control methodologies and supply chain optimization
- Proven leadership ability in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
